Description:

CW-G100 type of phenolic resin containing phosphorus is a new hardener that our company developed for halogen-free and inflaming retarding epoxy resins. Because CW-G100 possesses good thermal stability, low DK and DF, bromine-free, stibium-free, the composites with CW-100 can pass through UL-94-V0 test without additional inorganic flame retardant. So CW-G100 can either be used to manufacture FR-4 copper-clad plate for halogen-free and lead-free process engineerings, or also used as encapsulating materials for halogen-free and lead-free EMC processes.
