9000 - 17000 Viscosity Light Yellow Transparent Liquid Casting Epoxy Resin With CW - 6225

Description:

CW-6225 APG type casting resin system is suitable for production of electrically insulators for medium and high voltage, such as post-type insulators, supports, switcher, bushing, current and voltage transformers (dry type) by means of moulding or APG process. It has very high resistance to mechanical, electrical stresses and thermal shock. It has excellent long-term behaviour in relation to breakdown stress.

The Using of Technology:

Acid Anhydride Hardener Group	CW-6225-5 B	80g	225g
Silica Filler	145g

2. Operation of Technology

Pre-heat the Resin CW-6225-5 A and Hardener CW-6225-5 B to 60°C, blending separately with Silica Filler which is intensive drying and has pre-heated to 60°C in a vacuum environment, than according the weight ratio 1:1 to blend with epoxy resin and acid anhydride hardener at 80°C in vacuum environment for 10 minutes, after that to inject moulding.

3. Curing Technology

80°C/5Hours+100°C/3Hours; 130°C Cure for 10-16Hours.
