This series of drilling machines integrate drilling, expanding, reaming, tapping and other working procedures, suitable for batch processing of middle and small plates, disks, shells and other complex parts and dies.
The machine tool basic parts, made of special castings, have the high-stiffness structure, and worktops and guide faces are precisely grinded with good precision retentivity.
Z axis, of the enhanced principal axis structure, remarkably improves geometric accuracy and radial rigidity.
Work bench is driven by high-accuracy balling screw and controlled by plastic coated guide rails (the plastic coated guide rail has a small friction coefficient--only one third of steel-steel guide rail, stable feed without creeping and high sensitivity and can support and meet requirements of micro feed and compensatory function). It keeps light sliding, steady shifting, and accurate positioning under heavy load.
X, Y and Z axes have the automatic zeroing function, and cutters can realize automatic compensation.
The machine tool is equipped with power cutting and cutting overload protection devices, central lubrication and large flow circulation cooling systems.
X, Y and Z axes are driven by stepper motors (or AC servo motors) respectively, with large torque and high positioning accuracy.
CNC system features simple programming, convenient operation, practicability, and reliability (Different grades of CNC systems are available_ Fanuc, Siemens, GSK CNC, Beijing Xiye and other brands according to requirements of customers).
