Specifications: Hot Zone is a kind of linier heating film newly developed and patented in Korea. Basically this Hot Zone is PET Film in which linier Carbon Filament Heating Yarn is set and operated by electricity. This film is a very thin film that emits far infrared ray and radiant heat. This new heating system can be adopted any kind of rooms or accommodations like hotels, office hotels, condominiums wherever needed heating. This Heat Film is heated very quickly compare with other heating way. And this Heat Film is very economical by using the clean electricity energy. Similar heat film already in the markets was made by the way of coating the mixture of carbon powder, pulp and water. But this Hot Zone is made of 3,000 thread of Carbon Filament Yarn inside, and covered with flame retardent PET film outside, then the conductor lines are connected to the electricity. The Carbotech heating thread is made by 3,000 Carbon Nano Filament Yarn through the 4 Km of process on the condition of 3,500 degrees Celsius.
