It is installed with strobe coal scuttle and veering squama non-coal-leakage chain-grate burning equipment. The hearth is surrounded with water-cooling wall pipe, and the exit of the hearth is installed with loose residue congealed pipe. The horizontal flue is equipped with vertical convection super-heater. It is divided into high temperature and low temperature sections according to the steam flowing directions. The screwed pipe attemperator is used to regulate steam temperature, which is in the center of high temperature and low temperature section super-heater. The direct well of the boiler tail is installed with single steel tube coal economizer and pipe air pre-heater. The residue discharging equipment is with Martin tap tole with disc extruder available. The entire water capacity of the boiler is 30MT.
