Using Instruction
Knife-grinding:
1. Place the knife edge onto the knife sharpener, the knife and knife sharpener should be kept with 23 degrees of included angle.
2. Push the knife towards outer lateral by hands, and repeat this movement for 3-4 times. Keep the same angle every time, which is the key to ensure the sharpening effect.
3. When the other side of the knife is grinded, turn over the knife edge, operate in accordance with the first and the second step, but the outward push needs to be changed as inward pull until the knife is sharp.
Grind Fishhook:
Put the fishhook into the inner of the slot and grind back and forth.
Notes:
Remove debris, stains and other residues left on the surface of the grinding stone after each operation is ended.
