Product Description
This round shaped diamond sharpening steel T0821D, coated with the highly acclaimed ultra-fine 100% diamond abrasives, simultaneously lightly hones as it realigns the knife-edge for added sharpness. Light and perfectly balanced, it features an easy-grip textured handle of a safety and comfortable non-slip grip. It may be used right or left-handed.

Using Instruction
1.Place the plastic tip on the end of the sharpening rod on a solid surface. Apply sufficient downward pressure to avoid slipping during use.
2.Place heel of your blade at the top of sharpening rod at preferred angle.Most knives are sharpened to an approximately 20 degree angle.
3.Push the knife down the rod while pulling the knife towards you from the heel to the tip of the blade.
4.Repeat steps 2 and 3 on the other side of the blade.
5.Continue sharpening both sides until blade is sharp.
Care: Always give each side the same number of strokes to maintain an even cutting edge.
Caution: Please be extremely cautious during the sharpening process to prevent any injuries.
