Product Description:

Usage:
To begin with, place the knife sharpener plainly.
1. Coarse Grinding: for a blunter knife
Place the blunter knife into the Diamond sharpening slot, sharpening back & forth with a moderate pressure.
2. Fine Honing: for knife maitenance
Place the knife into the Ceramic sharpening slot, also sharpening back & forth.
A necessary step for knife honing/polishing and maitenance, so sharpening at least once a week is recommended.
3. Cleaning
After sharpening, clean the knife with water and the knife sharpener with a soft brush or a damp cloth.
Caution:
1. Never sharpen the serrated knives and scissors.
2. Never clean in the dishwashes.
3. To avoid any accidents, the knife sharpener should be away from children.
