double twist hexagonal mesh gabion is the most common and most practical model making  gabion box or gabion mattress.

The gabion box or mattress made from double twist hexagonal woven mesh, it is divided into  the cells by internal diaphragms/partitions positioned at 1 m centres to limite rock fill movement  during high flow conditions.
