Description: 

Separated pressurized flat panel solar water heater (heating system) consists of three parts: pressurized flat panel solar collector, separated pressurized solar water tank, and work station system. 
The quantity of flat panel solar collector is decided by the capacity of tank. Flat panel is of beautiful outlook, and it can well integrate with the building roof. 
The work station system includes a work station, and an expansion tank. There is  a  controller  and  a  circulation  pump  (Wilo  pump)  inner  work  station,  so separated pressurized flat panel solar water heater can work automatically. The expansion tank is necessary, and it is used to keep the system stable and safe. 
For separated pressurized water tank, normally, it can be with single copper coil or two copper coils as heat exchanger. The tank can also be with no copper coil. It is made according to clients? requirement. 
An electrical heater can be used. 
Working Principle: temperature difference circulation 
Solar collector collects the heat, transfer heat through working station to Water tank. Working station make this system work automatic to save the energy. 
1)  When the temperature of the flat panel solar collector reaches the set valve, the controller in the work station shall start the circulation pump (in the work station) automatically. 
2)  The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically. 
3)  The heat-conducting liquid transfer heat to the water tank by copper heat changer (the bottom copper coil). 
4)  In case that the temperature of the tank does not reach Tmax, the auxiliary heating device (electrical heater) starts working. 
5)  In case the temperature difference does not reach the set value, the circulation pump shall stop working automatically.
