Description:

This mode of heat pipe solar collector is with CE, and Solar keymark certificates. It is of top quality. 
Heat pipe is composed of three parts: manifold case, assembled heat pipes, and bracket.
The material of manifold case is aluminum alloy. The shape is pentagon, so that it looks nice. Rock wool is as insulation material to ensure the good insulating effect. Header pipe is made of copper for better thermal transmission.
Assembled heat pipe is mainly composed of three (triple) targets vacuum tube, copper pipe, aluminum absorber fin, and silicon stopper. 
For assembled heat pipe, the copper pipe is the most important part. According to different climate and temperature, the specification of copper pipe is changed. The main two specifications are the thickness and freezing resistance.
The bracket is also made of 1.5mm thickness aluminum alloy, and it is very strong. The bracket can be made for flat roof and inclined roof. The angle can be fixed, or adjustable.
