PTFE tube

Molded PTFE tubes
Molded PTFE tubes are made of cooling and pressing by PTFE raw material. It is bigger than other tubes for ID and OD. Among all the existing plastics, Extrusion PTFE has the best corrosion-resistance and insulated property.

Products Application:
PTFE Tubes areused as antisticking materials and high/low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties are widely used in chemical industry, machinery, automobile, chlor-alkali industry, electric heating pipe, pulp, steam, compressed gas, heat exchanger, paint, textile, medicine, pharmacy, bicycle, coffee machines and other industries, mainly used for catheter.
Other applications of PTFE (poly vinyl fluoride and fluorine six propylene copolymer) produced the full transparent tube, which retains the properties of PTFE as: excellent resistance to high temperature, chemical stability, electric insulation, highlighting the less viscous and high mechanical strength, only in the high temperature side it is 50°C lower than PTFE .But it have more elasticity and full transparency and are used to transport liquids, gas easier when need to see observation of internal fluids condition.
