User guide: After surface clearing for the steel pipe, and put the pipe on the four wheels, then adjust the angle and length of the wheel on the pulling frame. Rolling the steel pipe in order that the pipe fit to the wheel on the pulling machine, after that the pulling frame will go forward smoothly on the odd-track. Observation on the track where the wheel go through, and look at the distance of spiral trace which conforms to percentage of the overlap for the tape. If there is a big difference, you need to adjust the angle of the two wheels in the same direction. During the rolling of the steel pipe, you have to apply the primer, put the inner tape and outer tape on the wrapping axis and then adjust nut fit to the tensile force. After you brush the primer on the steel pipe about 5 minutes, the primer will dry. Then, firstly pulling the inner tape and stick on the pipe and open the rolling frame, until the outer tape can lap inner tape over, and then pulling the outer tape out cover the inner tape on the steel pipe.
