Hard Chromium Plating
Introduction
1. Non-fluoride process for high speed deposition of hard chromium.
2. Suitable for a wide range of applications ranging from hydraulic automotive components, mining, printing rollers to general machining.
3. Plate on a variety of substrates such as stainless steel, cast iron, high tensile steel, electroless nickel and chrome on chrome.
4. The chrome deposits are very resistant to hostile wear conditions and are extremely hard with a minimum hardness of 1000HV 0.1.
