1. Produces bright, level zinc deposits from rack and barrel plating operations.
2. The higher temperature range will reduce cooling costs significantly.

4. Controllable brightener, brightness can approach chloride zinc
Operating Conditions
Zinc metal 11.25 to 20.5 g/L
Sodium hydroxide 135 to 225 g/L
Sodium hydroxide to zinc metal ratio Minimum 10:1 for rack; 7:1 for barrel
DEUTEQ ZINBRITE 420 A 1.0 to 2.0% by volume
DEUTEQ ZINBRITE 420 B 0.05 to 0.10% by volume
DEUTEQ ZINBRITE 420 C 0.1 to 1.0% by volume (if needed)
Temperature 20 to 45 °C
Current Density Range 0.2 to 5 ASD
Voltage 3 to 12 volts
Replenishment As required based on plating cell analysis;
Anode to Cathode Area 1:1 to 2:1
NOTE: DO NOT DRAG CHELATING AGENTS INTO THE PLATING SOLUTION
