1. Security and Humanity Design
With leaf spring damping and gas spring shock absorb system, it has greatly improved the travel safety capacity. There are two access ports for placing sealing wand and the material pump switch setting on the operating handle of the sealing wand, convenient for construction.

3. Centralized temperature controller
Omron dual digital LCD temperature controller: timely display and separately adjust the temperature of heat transfer oil, sealant and electric heated hose, visualized and accurate, convenient for operation. Through the temperature controller, customers can choose different types of sealant and set temperature, then can automatically monitor the temperature and control the working status of the machine, improve efficiency and save fuel.
4. Sealing wand
Unique designed electronic control switch set up on the operating handle of the sealing wand, it can make the remote control of the material pump and reduce the waste of sealant.
5. Heat transfer oil system
Indirect heating oil jacketed kettle and automatic constant temperature system, the temperature can be set as required, will never burn the sealant. Less heat transfer oil volume in design than similar products, improve the heating rate and lower the replacement costs.
6. Special geometry combustion chamber
Flame blown in oblique downward angle of 45 degrees to the combustion chamber wall, never contact with the melting tank directly, heat the air, combustion sufficient and improve the thermal efficiency.
7. Electric heated hose
Six meters length electric heated hose, no material leaking caused by hose and sealing wand connection. Can be 270 degree free rotated, high resistance to bend, fully satisfy the transverse and longitudinal crack sealing construction need, and ensure the maximum construction area.
8. The lowest loading height
Compact and reasonable structure, low loading height, with a splash proof plate to improve the operation safety of material loading, with thermal insulation material in the material tank and electric heated hose, avoid scalding the operator. convenient, save manpower, security of the material loading.
9. Electric agitator
Imported variable speed agitator motor, simple structure, easy to operate and convenient for maintenance.
10. Travel way: trailer and self-propelled driven electric motor
Small size, light weight, optional trailer or self propelled way, only two workers can carry out the construction.
11. Sealing tip: easy to replace
Different sealing tip for different cracks and pavement conditions ensure the best sealing results.
Working principle
The heat transfer oil is heated by burner, and conducts the heat to the various parts around the melting tank for heating the material tank evenly and gaining the quick melting result.
The sealant that reached the operating temperature are transported to sealing wand through electric heated hose, and poured to the cracks via the manual controlling material pump switch to adjust the sealant output.
