Junxing PEX-AL-PEX pipe is a five-layer composite pipe that combines the advantages of a metal and plastic pipe and eliminates the disadvantages of both materials at the same time. The aluminum core is absolutely diffusion tight; it reliably prevents oxygen/gases from permeating into pipe. It compensates and reduces snap-back forces and heat expansion with changes of temperature.
Junxing PEX multilayer composite pipe consists of an overlapped or butt welded aluminum core with an inner and outer layer or high temperature-resistant polyethylene. All layers are permanently bonded together by intermediate adhesive layers. The aluminum thickness for Junxing PEX pipe has been selected to meet compressive and flexural strength requirements.
Overlapped welded PEX pipe is co-extruded with one step with perfect adhesive between inner layer and aluminum, high and stable pressure resistance, of which welding style is ultrasonic.
Butt welded PEX pipe is moulding with several steps that is argon-arc welding style.
The color of PEX pipe is optional.
