Ptfe rod including extrusion rod and moulding rod, diameter from 4mm to 100mm is made by extruding method with ptfe granular resin. The diameter over 110mm are manufactureed by moulding method.
Application:
ptfe it is non-conductive, making it resistant to high electric fields.It is also highly resistant to water, heat, and chemical corrosion. In fact, it continues to be used to produce laboratory e quipment and accessories that come into contact with hydrofluoric acid, which would otherwies dissolve other materials, even glass. PTFE rod used as electric insulation parts under various frequencies, sealing gasket in various corrosive medium, and also used as mechanical lubricating materials.
