Product Introduction
This transformer volt-ampere characteristic tester is designed for relay protection professional test current transformer voltage-ampere characteristics, transformation ratio test and polarity discrimination and design can also make transformer polarity discrimination test, is a relatively high cost performance multifunctional experimental instrument. The instrument adopts the high efficiency and low consumption of high-quality materials and special winding method of booster, the microprocessor data acquisition, analysis and storage, built-in printer can print testing data and curves (characteristic), one person can complete the whole measurement. This machine has the advantages of light weight, portability, convenient operation, unique properties, is currently a rare instrument.
Main Characteristics
Automatic tester only need digitally set maximum test voltage, maximum current and step, device will automatically gradually boost from zero to higher. Fully automatic paragraph characteristic curve test portrayed, eliminating all the tedious work such as manual regulating pressure, recording, managing, describing the curves.
Comprehensive function, can test and protect CT volt-ampere characteristics, 5% and 10% error curve, ratio and polarity, also can output high current for testing the two loop of CT.
No-human-contacting test, high level of safety, Microcomputer control device, automatically complete the testing without human contacting, which make the users far away from the high voltage and make them safe.
It can use external booster to test: if the output voltage or current of the device is not enough, the users can also choose their own transformer and device and connect them to the machine to test. Connecting the pressure testing line and the testing way are very easy.
Large output capacity: maximum output of volt-ampere Characteristic is up to 1000V, 10A, in short time can be up to 20A. Using an external voltage regulator, the maximum output can be up to 1500V, 20A. Ratio test maximum current can be up to 600A.
Optional external booster and the external booster for the current transformer can be up to 900A, 3000VA. External booster can be used for the volt-ampere Characteristic of 500kV level 1A current transformer.

With the help of huge memory, the instrument can restore various groups of testing data and the data will not be lost even when power is off.
We offer a RS232 interface in the instrument, which can be connected to laptop. The data in the machine can be uploaded to the computer, and to be saved, edit, and printed.
