BZ-II Integrated Transformer Test Board
Overview
BZ-Ⅱ integrated transformer test board uses a conventional electronic control technology combined with modern electronic technology, with which we can easily and quickly carry out the testing of transformers. It is the must-equipment for transformer manufacturers and electric testing departments.

Can be used in power frequency withstand test,
No-load short circuit test;
Double-frequency withstand test;
Transformation ratio group division test;
Specifications
According to the maximum capacity of the test product, the test board has several common specifications as 630kVA, 1600kVA, 2000kVA, 2500kV.
Equipment suits for higher-capacity testing product can be produced according to customer's specific requirements.
Structure
Test board was produced as a individual subject, which must be used with the regulator, frequency-tripled transformer, testing transformer, transformation ratio group division tachometer and load loss measuring instrument as a whole set.
Accuracy
Transformation ratio measurement accuracy: 0.1 grade
Load loss measurement accuracy: 0.5 grade
Others all use a 1 grade dial instrument.
Features
No-load short-circuit test using a specific tester of No-load characteristics which can measure simultaneously 18 parameters such as three-phase, voltage and current, etc.
Transformation ratio group division test uses a specialized group of testers.
