Climbing Wall Protection Panels for speeding up the construction cycle

Introduction
Equipped with climbing rail and hydraulic lifting system, the Climbing Protection Panel is able to climb by itself
without need of any crane. It provides an enclosure for the whole pouring sections which may cover three floors.
As a result, an exclusive working area is formed and protected from wind and bad weathers. Site personnel are
secured against falling at all times, and work productivity will be improved significantly due to the increased safety feelings.
The system includes an opening and platform for unloading materials. After slab pouring finishes, it is not necessary
to dismantle the formwork units, while instead, they can be removed as an integral part from the opening and lifted
to an upper floor for work there, thus saving a lot of labor and material costs as well as speeding up the construction cycle.
A further positive side effect is the large usable advertising area on the outer surface, i. e. the color armor plate
illustrated as below. The protection panel can also be tailored to satisfy the needs of the contractors.
The Climbing Protection Panel is a state-of-the-art system which best suits the requirements for a high level of safety in modern construction industry,
and in fact, has been applied in a large number of construction projects.
