This type of crane adopts angle steel or safe slide line to conductive, with the standard trolley and weighing trolley for selection. Rated capacity is indicated by fraction,   numerator indicates rated capacity of main hook load ,   denominator  indicates  rated capacity of auxiliary hook load.

The crane made by our factory has been improved based on the original hook crane.We use new skills , new standard, new technics and develop new components. The new product with advantages of energy saving and little noise  is reasonable in construction, excellent in performance , reliable in quality and has smooth braking action and spacious operation room with a nice view.It has  high interchangeability, excellent versatility, and convenient service.

Based on the original one, the new generation has been improved .Electric motor is series Y. Operation room  and hoisting limiter  are the latest model.  Electrical control box has been optimized. The operation room and the platform is connected by stair so man can easily go up and down. The  main part uses low speed shaft .this machine completely accords with the require of   craneGB3811-83 design criterion and  crane GB6067-85 safety regulation. New components have been developed  to satisfy different users : in-line control machine, roof fan, P4cooling-air machine, T4cold and warm air heating radiator, hydraulic push-rod brake, hoist height limiter, electric -lighting set, overload limiter, communication device. The small carriage uses flat cable and the big carriage uses H type slide wire.

The new components above has improved the usage function of the crane .At the same time the production costs go up,  the  prices increase. Customers can choose products by needs.(ordering instructions are as follows )

Description:

The electric overhead crane with hook functions while the large carriage moves along the length of the workshop , the small carriage moves transversely or the hook moves up and down.

It is applied to general machinery assembly workshops, the metal structure workshops, machinery maintenance workshops for carrying , and supports metallurgical enterprises for auxiliary lifting .The crane is recommendated to run at the condition that the temperature is between -20 ℃and 40 ℃, and relative humidity is less than 85%.
