5. Accurate measurement: Adopt servo systems to control to ensure filling accuracy.
6. Variable-speed filling: During the filling process, when filling capacity approach to the target filling volume, can adopt Variable speed to realize slow speed filling, to prevent the liquid spill the jug to avoid pollution.
7. Convenient adjustment: It only needs to revise parameters in touch screen to change filling capacity specifications. All the filling heads change in place at once. In addition, slight adjustment of material dosage can be completed in touch screen.

Technical performance:
The filling process is under control of PLC. All operation complete on the touching screen. It adopts the piston filling way. It suits for liquid .filling within chemical, daily chemical, food, cosmetic, medicine and pesticide etc, especially fitting for high-viscous materials filling.
It has simple structure, convenient operation. It is fairly ideal and economic filling equipment for high-viscous material filling.
