This series of products introduces electroplating process for the manufacturer of tinned copper clad steel wire. The conductivity and the thickness of tin plated layer can be adjusted according to the customer’s requirements.
The performance test, such as the absorbability and oxidative stability, for this series of products can be performed in accordance with SJ/T2422-1996 standards. The packages of products can be divided into two types, drum packing and coil packing.
The series of products conform to the two directive standards of EU environment protection, WEEE2002/96/EC and ROHS2002/95/EC and the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in EU Electrical and Electronic Equipment (that is, ROHS Directive) in May 2008, including the notice of PFOS, Halogen and phthalate (16P), they meet the requirements of environmental protection.
