> when 0-10V input voltage more than 0.15V, the LED lamps will begin to light.
> When external 0-10V signal below 0.1V, knob turning can adjust the brighness.       
> If using knob to adjust the brightness, please make the external 0-10V signal disconnected or transfer to below 0.1V.
