SURFACE SAFETY VALVE WITH SENSING SYSTEM 

The sensing control system is applicable to the working conditions of various corrosive mediums. It can automatically sense the pressure level, which is lower or higher than the set level, and open or close the master valve. It mainly consists of high pressure pilot valve, low pressure pilot valve, velocity check valve, globe valve, non-return valve, pressure gauge, and stainless steel. According to the customer’s requirement, it also can be equipped with the fusible plug in the downstream or within the control system for fire-proofing.

It can work under the pressure ranges from 200 to 15000psi, (low pressure range: 200—1500psi ; high pressure range: 200—15000psi) The dial can indicate whether the current set point meets the field demand. And it can be manually adjusted to the ideal pressure range.

When start SSV, it only requires the opening of the velocity check valve. Since it can be operated remotely, better protections of workers in the field can be realized.
