If the viscosity of the processing aid is higher, plasticizing will be lower and melt strength higher. PVC processing aid has no obvious influence on the tensile strength and Vicat softening point, while PVC processing aid with high viscosity will increase the tensile strength and Vicat softening point. Acrylic processing aid can be widely used in clear and opaque PVC profile, PVC pipe, PVC board, PVC sheet, PVC film and WPC products.
