Introduction:
◎ Pump of A and B component all adopt pneumatic system driver , reversing is nimble
and reliable ,the efficiency is much more improved.
◎ Optimize the pipeline, increase the main motor power, to make the discharging more
rapid and fluent.
◎ The curing agent system, is fully enclosed system, to eliminate the air enter into, avoid
the contact of the air and curing agent (to the silicone glue curing agent), improve the
mixing effect. At the same time, this system passed four filtering, ensure the curing
agent clean and the stability of system, extend the life of pump body.
◎ The high pressure valve port of base material pump and the curing agent pump and
the proportioning pump all adopt zero leak special alloy grinding manufacturing, there
is a simple and easy adjustable ratio institutions in the proportioning pump, it can
ensure the almost harsh matching requirements of the two component glue to meet
the proportion of glass curtain wall and insulating glass.
