Introduction:
◎ Double worktable CNC Processing Center adopts high speed HSD spindle of Italy and CNC system made by YASKAWA of Japan. The system can provide three axises
integrated movements and mutual compensations between X and Y axes.
◎ This machine is designed for taping, milling and mounting holes, lock holes, launder
and other slots on the profiles of curtain walls. It can work on various profiles, such as
aluminium alloy, lightweight alloy, and Upvc etc.
◎ Adopt HIWIN guide and YYC rack results highly precise process.
◎ Revolving six position mills makes the mill-changing convenient.
◎ Double profile locating devices, no need to stop the machine while taking the profiles
on and off.
◎ Equipped with machine head position-checking and operator position-checking result
safe operation.
