company to complete the project of scientific and technological achievements of the low melting point of 

polyester filaments .Preparation took place on Nov. 17th,2012 by the provincial science and technology 

achievement appraisal.The appraisal committee agreed that the project technology has reached the leading 

domestic level.Product quality to meet or exceed the similar foreign products.

This new products:low melting point of polyester filament is produced by our company,we have the 

letters patent.our polyester fiber yarn is different from the traditional and normal polyester filament 

yarn,the meltingpoint for normal polyester filament yarn is 300°C to 

400°C,some polyester filament yarn melting point is 

130 °C to 180 °C ,but the advantage for us is ours is the real  low melting point in any real sense,,its 

melting temperature is 85°C,

125°C. Features is low melting point, solidification, high yield, low production cost, 

Featutes&application:

   Due to it’s very good resistance to fuels and chemicals ,this type of monofilaments is mostly used in the production of filter fabrics for automotive use. Other features of this resin are high stiffness, high mechanical strength even at very low temperature, low water absorption and good dimensional stability at high temperatures

Polyester Monofilament Yarn is also known as single polyester yarns, mother yarn for splitting. Mono filament yarn has soft touch and good physical properties. Polyester filament yarns is used in knitting & weaving to make design on frocks & home-textiles and making of webbings.
