HT20 Oil-filled Diffused Silicon Pressure Sensor for Gauge/Absolute/Differential Pressure
HT series constant current silicon oil-filled pressure sensor is a kind of`piezoresistive sensor. The main element is a diffused silicon sense organ. The measured pressure or differential pressure of medium is delivered to a silicon bridge by a stainless steel membrane and silicon oil. Apply the piezoresistance effect of diffused silicon to fulfill the linear transfer from measured pressure to voltage signal. The sensors have characteristics of high reliability, repeatability and stability.
