Usage

Our plant has introduced in hi-tech valve manufacturing technology from Europe to produce the elastic seat seal gate calve which achiveves a favorable seal effect by utilizing the distortion compensation brought about by the integrated rubber coating of gate,which has overcome such shortcomings of general gate valve as bad seal,leakage and rust.It can be widely applied in fluid pipelines as the regulating and cut-off device for such systems as tap water,sewage,building,petroleum,chemical engineering,food,medicene,light and textile industries,power,shipping,metallurgy and energy.

Charactertistic

1.Intergrated rubber coating:the valve adopts the intergrated rubber coating,whose favorable coating,whose favorable coating performance and accurate genometrical dimension ensure reliable seal and a long service life.

2.Light in weight:the body is made of magnesiun iron,which is light in weight and easy for installation.

3.Flat-bottom seat:the bottom adopts the same flat-bottom seat design as the water pipe with no accumlation of sundries but more reliable seal.

4.Corrosion resistance:the inner chamber is painted with innoxious epoxy resin which can avoid corrosion and rust,thus being available not only for raw water drinling but for sewage system.

5.Triole-O-ring:the stem adopts three O-rings for seal with small friction resistance,easy switch and no leakage.
