Modular Steel Frame, Curve Roof Prefab Warehouse Buildings for Storage
Description:
The structure is prefabricated in the factory and external panels are cut to sizes before delivery to site. The roller shutter door with door frame which are preassembled as well. The whole procedure of installation will be finished within 10 days after materials delivered to site.
Applications:Used for storing goods and simple product.
Specifications:
GENERAL
We will be providing a basic structure, which is installed on a slab provided by others, the structure will require fitting out by others and final finishing beyond our agreed factory finishes, by others.
FOUNDATION
The foundation is a reinforced concrete platform. Not included in the scope of our proposal.
FLOORING
Not included in the scope of our proposal.
EXTERIOR WALLS

Construction: |
The structural frame consists of columns and girders, making up the main frames. Side and top purlins will also be provided to be mounted in-between the main frames to complete the steel structure. The steel structure will be painted with 2 layers of paint (primary + final). |

Exterior face: |
The exterior face will be covered with 0.50mm color-coated galvanized trapezoidal steel outer facing. |
|
Interior face: |
The interior face will be covered with 0.50mm color-coated galvanized trapezoidal steel outer facing. |
|
Insulation: |
50mmthick rockwool heat insulation is inserted into the panel cavity |
|
Fixing to ground: |
The columns are fixed to the ground by bolts and nuts. |
INTERIOR WALLS
|
Construction: |
Interior wall frames are constructed from galvanized studs and gypsum board with paint finishes |

Wall and Insulation: |
Both faces are sandwiched panel covered with 0.50mm color-coated galvanized trapezoidal steel sheet. In wet spaces, ceramic tiles pasted up to 1.8mmhigh. |
ROOFING
The 11%-sloped roof will be covered with 0.50mm-thick color-coatedgalvanized trapezoidal sectioned steel sheets. Roof claddings are fixed to the side purlins by driller-type screws.
RAIN GUTTER
Not included in our proposal.
SUSPENDED CEILING
9.5mmthick mineral board suspended ceiling is mounted below the lower members of the steel box profile roof trusses.
EXTERIOR DOORS
The exterior doorframes are aluminum profile. 0.50mm thick powder-painted galvanized steel sheet sandwiched doorpanelwith steel frame andglass wool filled in the cavity. Cylindrical type locks will be used for exterior doors.
INTERIOR DOORS
The interior doorframes are aluminum profile. 0.50mm thick powder-painted galvanized steel sheet sandwiched doorpanelwith steel frame andglass wool filled in the cavity. Cylindrical type locks will be used for exterior doors.
WINDOWS
Windows are Standard PVC frame with 5mm single-glazed sliding type.

MECHANICAL INSTALLATION
All buildings will be equipped with polypropylene fresh water piping and PVC wastewater piping only within the building.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
Electrical installations will be 3 Phase.1 electrical panel with main circuit breaker, earth leakage current breaker and miniature circuit breakers (made of sheet steel or PVC) will be installed. For lighting circuit 3x2.5mm2 cables will be used. For socket circuits 3x2.5mm2 sized cables will be used. Wiring will be hidden installed in the ceiling, surface installed and concealed within PVC cable trunk on the wall. Interior lighting will be provided by means of 2x18W and 4x18W fluorescent lighting fixtures. Weather-proof incandescent lighting fixtures will be installed on the ceiling at WC areas. 1 weather-proof incandescent lighting fixture will be mounted above each external door outside.
