Product Description
Fiber Optic Splice Closure - FOST-VM0138, Use the High-strength engineering plastic PC material, Outside Dimension 490mm x 220mm(H x D), 6 in/out let port, Max 72 cores for 12cores fiber tray, Mechanical seal, Accessories like pressure-testing valve, eartching deriving device and buffer tube for bunchy fiber, 1pcs metal hoop is on client’s option.
Specification:
1. Outside dimension (height x diameter): 490mm x 220mm
2. FOSC-VM0138 is provided with 6 inlet/outlet ports, among these ports, 2 smaller ports suit for single fiber cable with max diameter 16mm, 2 straight-through ports suit for single fiber cable with max diameter 20mm. The remaining 2 large ports suite for single fiber cable with Max diameter 21mm. Each smaller port can have elastic ring with 16mm (remark: 16mm elastic seal rings can shrink to 8.5mm), the bigger ports can have elastic ring with 16mm, 21mm(notes: the diameter of 16mm elastic ring can can shrinks till to 8.5mm, the diameter of 21mm can shrink till 13mm). Then the corresponding elastic ring should be selected according to diameter of fiber cable, and then insert and seal fiber cable (while inserting the fiber cable, please select the corresponding plastic gaskets)
3. The installation accessories provided with the FOSC: 2 pieces of special wrenches, earthing wire, nylon tie, labeling paper, desiccant, 6pcs of elastic ring with internal diameter 16mm , 4pcs of elastic ring with internal diameter 21mm. 4pcs of plastic gaskets with internal diameter 10.6mm, 12.5mm, 14mm, and 16.5mm respectively, 2pcs of plastic gaskets with internal diameter 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 2pcs of stainless steel washer with 20.5mm, 16.5mm. 2pcs of plastic washers with 16.5mm, 20.5mm .
4. Accessories for customs’ selections: pressure-testing valve, eartching deriving device and buffer tube for bunchy fiber, buffer tube for ribbon fiber(6pcs ribbon fiber could be through at the same time), 1pcs metal hoop.
5. The FOSC base is provided with a large inlet/outlet port, which can accommodate 2pcs of fiber cable with max diameter 20mm simutaneously. While straight-through fiber cable is for branching application, fibers uncut are for straight-through after being fixed and winded, fiber cus off are for branching after fusion splicing with fibers of other branching fiber cable. That doesn’t only save time, but also improve the quality of telecommunication.
