JM Series High Quality Mirror Ink

Characteristic

High coverage and reflective, strong reflective light on the back side of substrate like mirror result, when printed on the transparent material, good adhesion(no falling for tape test), good resistance to stamping. Metal color available when match color, it is suitable for different material, such as plastic, glass and thin film etc.

Characteristic for following series ink

JM-94-1 Strong mirror effect, good adhesion, high coverage, good resistance to alcohol, across hatching and some solvent, it is suitable for PET, glass, strengthen acrylic etc. Double components ink, need add hardener.

JM-94-2 Strong mirror effect, good adhesion, high coverage, good resistance to alcohol and across hatching, it is suitable for PS and acrylic.

JM-94-3 Strong mirror effect, good adhesion, high coverage, good resistance to alcohol, it is suitable for PET and IMD process.

JM-94-4 Strong mirror effect, slow dry ink, good adhesion, high coverage, good

resistance to alcohol, it is suitable for glass, strengthen material and

electroplated material etc. Double components ink, need add hardener.

JM-94-5 Strong mirror effect, good adhesion, high coverage, good resistance to alcohol and across hatching, it is suitable for PVC, PC and PET.

Fineness: 7-10μm

Usage

1. Please select hardener based on printed material. Add hardener ration of 3-5%, the ink can be used for 4-6Hr after mixed hardener under the temperature of 25℃. Over this period, the printed quality will be affected. Please prepare the ink that use up during 4hours.

2. The best dry method is baking: Please put the printed product about 10 minutes on the table, and then baking the ink about 30 minutes under the temperature of 70℃.

3. In order to prevent special additives separation from ink, pleas fully mix the printing ink uniformity before application.

4. Mesh stencil 100-120T,Squeegee: 70-85 degree

This series of ink has passed the SGS testing and got the certification. It is environmental and non-toxic.

We can get colorful mirror result through matching color, except for basic color (silver mirror).
