Description:Our PEX/AL/PEX pipe is a macro composite pipe of five layers. The inside layer is made of cross-linked polyethylene (PEX) or HDPE or PE-RT, overlapped welded by an aluminum layer, then covered by the outside cross-link polyethylene (PEX) layer or HDPE or PE-RT, melted adhesive is applied between the layers to ensure perfect bond and all layers are extruded in one step. Combining the strength of metal with the safety and economics of plastic, our PAP pipe is built to a higher performance standard than other plastic or metal systems. Features: 1) Excellent chemical and corrosion resistance 2) Rust-free and scale-free 3) Incredible flexibility and unusual toughness can stand pressure up to 10 bars (1Mpa) 4) Working temperature: from -40 to 95°C 5) Easier and faster installation, lightweight and can be easily bent by hand 6) Aluminum layer provides a built-in permeation barrier and allows for straight installation that won't sag 7) Wide applications: generally used for carrying hot water, cold water and fuel gas in residential plumbing and heating as well as medical, foodstuff and chemical industry, especially popular in the underfloor heating field)
