Flange spot welding , 4 torches welding field is using spot welding and 4 torches all in one machine. After automatic cutting pipeline, from roller bed to flange spot welding, 4 torches filed. It can saved the cut straight type pipeline in temporary frame to save pipeline by the manual operation. And then the straight type pipeline turning into flange spot welding,4 torches welding filed by manual operation. You can install the flange plate onto spot welding equipment by manual firstly. After aligning pipeline, you can finish the spot welding by manual. After finishing flange spot welding, backswing the spot welding equipment, move the 4 torches to flange welding position. After automatic aligning and positioning, 4 torches can start with welding flange. The positioner will change the position, the whole flange welding can be done
