Main machine function

Main machine working principle

1. Tape break can be detected and then machine stop.

 Tape break detector: there is a speed measure table to measure tape speed and alumimum plate speed. If the speed of these two are not the same, it means the machine still tape. When tape breaks, the two speed be the same, thus give signals, then the machine will stop.

2.Tape tension control: magnetic powder clutch + PLC control.

 Setting start and ending voltage and then the voltage will change lineally based on tape length consumed.

3. Lay changing: motor and drive of each tape heads control each taping speed, and lay can be changed through different speed.
