Fan filter Unit (FFU) is clean room air circulation andfiltration equipment which combination of air supply fan motor and air filter(HEPA / ULPA), mainly used to filter the air in the workplace from harmfulairborne dust particles exists, providing a clean air. FFU clean room can bebroadly stratified laminar flow and turbulent flow type two categories, laminarflow in Class 1000 or less, while turbulent type clean room is in the Class1000 above; mainly installed on the clean room ceiling and above of themachine, or the grid floor clean room, providing required air circulation andair filtration for machine and clean room. FFU suitable for 10 to 10,000 cleanclass clean room, facilitate centralized control;
