Fan filter Unit (FFU) is clean room air circulation andfiltration equipment which combination of air supply fan motor and air filter(HEPA / ULPA), mainly used to filter the air in the workplace from harmfulairborne dust particles exists, providing a clean air. FFU clean room can bebroadly stratified laminar flow and turbulent flow type two categories, laminarflow in Class 1000 or less, while turbulent type clean room is in the Class1000 above; mainly installed on the clean room ceiling and above of themachine, or the grid floor clean room, providing required air circulation andair filtration for machine and clean room. FFU suitable for 10 to 10,000 cleanclass clean room, facilitate centralized control;

1.FFU Dimensions (mm): 1175 * 575 * 320(customized design is available), 52 to56 db of noise ;
2.FFU cabinet and HEPA filter using split design, easy for installation, andHEPA filter replacement

3. Imported centrifugal fan made of aluminum, working timeup to more than 50,000 hours;
4. FFU is energy-saving, computer control, stable operation, low noise, airflow adjustable and other characteristics;

5. FFU unique air supply duct design, the air velocity to0.45M / S speed uniformity.

6. FFU cabinet material can be polished stainless steel,aluminum coated zinc plate or epoxy powder coated steel plate with electrostatictreatment;

7. Particularly suitable for assembly into the ultra cleanproducing lines, according to process needs can single use but also can beconnected more units to form a 100clean class assembly line.
8. FFU each unit strictly tested by METOME dust particle counter according toU.S. Federal Standard 209E to ensure quality.
