3DUO Mining hydraulic lifting beam for control device of monorail crane 2 m / s
Description:
HZ-3DUO and other types of lifting beams are to be used as a transportation device on the I155-profile monorail up to 30°of inclination. The monorail locomotives or manipulators are to be used as a traction vehicles and oil pressure source for the lifting beams. Monorail lifting beams are very helpful in auxiliary transportation in the mines, especially for transportation of roof supports.
HZ lifting beams can be used in areas of methane or coal dust explosion danger and are designed according the EU ATEX 94/9/EC to fulfill group I, category M2.
The device is composed of two identical beams, which are connected with pull rod. Each beam has a steel frame and hydraulic cylinder is put inside. The load than hangs on the drag chains which are moved up and down or locked through the hydraulic system.
