DW-BFM Series Blowing Film Machines adopt the screw L/D 28:1, screw with multi-stages of pressure and mix melting by cutting. The output could be enhanced 1.5 times than others. The function of high-speed extrusion, even shearing and mix melting could make the plastic fully plasticized, meantime, the film’s horizontal and vertical pulling force also have been enhanced greatly.
Features about this kind of high speed film blowing machine:
1)The reducer box is designed with 1:12.5 three-stage reduction gear and water cooling device.
2)Air ring is matched with high-pressure blower and controlled by frequent inverter
3)Single or double winder is controlled by automatic taper tension.
