High level of Environmental Adaptability:
Internal Stability:
Internal stability is secured with the aid of a helix tube within both the lid and the bucket wall. This enables the system with constant water temperature even if the ambient temperature fluctuates by 10°C in the single period of testing.
High Accuracy and Precise Test Results
Independent Water System:
In between every analysis the water bucket is drained into the water tank for the most consistent level of water temperature.
Volume Determinator:
Constant volumetric tank with temperature control enables a high level of uniformity on both water volume and temperature in both the Bucket and tank.
Temperature Resolution:
Temperature control utilizes a PT 1000 Platinum resistance probe for temperature resolution to the nearest 0.0001k.
Water Purity:
Water impurities is eliminated by aid of a bolted on
water purifier. Thus eliminating the possibility of clogged
water pipes.
Efficiency & Automation
Test Turn Over:
Due to the nature of this water calorimeter there is no cool down or prepping time in between tests. As soon as one test is completed the vessel can be replaced immediately with another to recommence testing.
Automation:
The Calorimeter is automated that once the sample is selected and the Vessel is inserted into the Calorimeter testing will commence on the closing of the lid.
There is also a Automated Filling station that allows one touch filling of Vessel.
Interface:
Ease of use is guaranteed by this simple, yet practical windows based operating system. It also supports up to eight calorimeters per Desktop PC.
