Technical data

 

BD-590 is the freeze protection installation outdoors which in -25°C~45°C area to prevent water lines from freezing. Heat traced units utilize heating tape applied directly to interior pipe material. Pipe is surrounded by polyurethane insulation and a PVC outer jacket for added thermal protection.

 

1. Head: ABS plastic in Safety Yellow head, ABS plastic in Safety Green eye wash.

2. Valves: Shower valve is making of the 1″corrosion- resistant SS304 ball valve. Eye wash valve is making of the3/4 ″corrosion- resistant SS304 ball valve..

3. Water supply: 1″IPS.

4. Flow control: 114L/Min..

5. Hydraulic pressure: 0.2MPA~0.8MPA

6. Voltage: 220V~250V

7. Original waster: Clean or leached water.

8. Operation condition: Eye Wash & Showers option for almost every industrial situation.
