Tire curing presses,  are available in a wide variety

of sizes from 1050mm (42") (internal diameter of heat shield) for car tires

to the 1640mm (65.5") model (nominal diameter of steam box) for heavy duty

truck tires.

DSL hydraulic tire presses were developed in response to tire manufacturers

strong requirement for better tire uniformity, less energy consumption,

higher productivity and longer life of segmented mold containers. Press

sizes from 1050mm (42”) to 1640mm (65.5”) (internal diameter of heat

shield) are available.
