FLYING FS Sublimation Ink was designed for silk-screen printing . It is able to be used for various heat transfer printing on fabric, polyester pellicle and metal-coated board. This product is suitable for a variety of domestic or import heat transfer printing machines.
Strong Point of FLYING FS Sublimation Ink :
1) Sublimation silk screen ink which is researched and developed by own company, is partly refined from imported raw material.
2) Such ink is environmentally friendly, no poison, no smell, harmless, no adverse effects to human body.
3) Print with 200-300 DPI silk screening board according to the precision of the words and patterns. Each kilogram ink can be printed out 70-80m2 and transfer printed 3-4 times at least. This printing method is helpful for improving effectiveness and reducing costs to print multi-color image.
4) Easy operation and low cost.
Typical Uses of FLYING FS Sublimation Ink :
Biking Jerseys, Team Uniforms , Fashion T-Shirts , Garments , Custom Roll Textiles , Flags , Banners , Tradeshow Booths and Displays , Casino Tables , Casino Chips , Surfboards , Skateboards , Snowboards , Skies , Custom Furniture , Interior Design , 3D dye sublimation applications , sublimation aluminum sheet , key rings , display products , plates , mugs , ceramic etc.
Use Method of FLYING FS Sublimation Ink :
1) first, print words and patterns on Kraft paper(excluding dots printing)
2) Put the printed paper on substrates,such as polyester and nylon fabric .
After silk-srceen printing, put the printed paper on the surface of the substrates , and with printed surface facing downwards on the surface of substrates.
3) Put both the paper and substrates on the heat transfer press.
And heat ,time and pressure is applied using a heat press. The ink sublimates i.e. converts to gaseous form and gets deposited "into" the surface, thus transferring image.
4) Finally ,take out paper and fabric from heat press ,the final product will be born .
