Description:General introduction: XGN2-10 fixed metal-enclosed switchgear is applied to power system of 10kV, three-phase AC 50Hz, can be used to receive and distribute power, especially for frequently operating situation with bus bar system including; single-bus bar and single-bus bar with bypass structure. XGN2-10/4000A-40 is vacuum switchgear, with the largest nature aeration current rating, which can supply set for substations with 63,000kVA capacitance. Characteristics: 1) It adopts the metal-enclosed structure; the bus bar compartment, cable compartment, and relay compartment are completely separated with mental partitions. And the circulation of the main apparatus can be observed from the inspecting window placed on the door 2) The cubicle is air insulation, and has no insulation partitions; the air insulation distance between the phases, and between the phases and the earth are all larger than 125mm,all the components adopt elements of large creepage distance, so it can realize the requirement of full operating mode 3) The cubicles are separated by the insulation cannula and earthing metal partitions, it can effectively prevent the accident in the bus bar compartment from spreading 4) The vacuum circuit-breaker room is 1.8m high, and the cable-termination is 800mm high. so it has enough room for maintenance, so the maintainer can conveniently stand on the ground to repair it 5) In the cubicle, the circuit-breaker, disconnecter, earthing switch, and cubicle door adopt the forced locking mode, so it has the perfect capability of "five prevention" 6) The product conforms the standard of GB3906 Main technical parameters: 1) Rated voltage: 10kV 2) Rated current: 1,000A, 2,500A-4,000A 3) Rated frequency: 50Hz 4) Rated short-circuit breaking current: 20kA, 31.5kA, 40kA 5) 4S rated short-time withstand current: 20kA, 31.5kA, 40kA 6) Rated peak withstand current: 50kA, 80kA, 100kA 7) Degree of protection for the enclosure: IP2X 8) Rated insulation level: a) Lightning impulse withstand voltage: 75 (between phases, to earth), 85 (across the isolation distance) b) 1min power-frequency withstand voltage: 42 (between phases, to earth), 48 (across the isolation distance) 9) Operation ways: electromagnetic or spring-energy 10) Dimensions (W x D x H): 1,100 x 1,200 x 2,650mm, 1,200 x 1,200 x 2,650mm
