ZQK1813 NC spindle less veneer peeling lathe also can be called NC non-chuck veneer rotary lathe, it is automatic model, and the Chinese first-class spindle less veneer peeling lathe for quality and performances.
It is mainly used to peel the core veneer for plywood industry, most of the instructions are controlled by numerical system. The transmitting mode is ball screwing ( servo motor supply the power to gearbox, gearbox transmit the torque to ball screw, then drive the tool carriage forward and back). It uses hydraulic knife assembling system, so can reduce the labor need and increase the productivity.
The control system which used in this machine is Chinese brand; we also can equip the machine with Japanese NC system as our customer’s requirement.
