Introduction of spring cone crusher :
Spring cone crusher is generally used for crushing ores and rocks with medium hardness or above. It has the features of reliable structure, high production efficiency, convenient adjustment, and low cost. The spring assurance system is overload protection device, which can keep the machine from damaging by super hard objects (such as iron) when passing the crushing chamber. This overload protection device applies two sealed methods: dry oil and water. It can separate lubricating oil and stone powder to ensure the reliable running of the machine.
Working Principle of spring cone crusher
When spring cone crusher is working, motor drives the eccentric cover to rotate by flexible shaft coupling, transmitting shaft and a pair of bevel gears. The crushing cone is forced to swing by the eccentric bearing bushing, which makes the crushing wall close to the rolling mortar wall and depart from it from time to time. The ores are crushed by press and impact in the crushing chamber.
