Introduction of Flotation Machine
The impeller of the principal axis rotates by the driven of electric motor through the V-belt and then produces centrifugal function resulting in negative pressure. On one hand, it intakes enough air to mix with slurry. On the other hand, it mixes slurry and medicine, fine the foam in order that the mineral can stick on the foam, and then it turns into mineral foam after floating on the slurry. Adjust the height of stopper to control fluid level in order that the available foam can be scrapped out by scrappers
Flotation Machine Application
The flotation machine is mainly used for selecting copper, zinc, nickel, gold and other non-ferrous metals, as well as in black metal and non-metallic roughing and concentrated selection.
